Neglect caused deterioration after Saint Joseph's Hospital moved from the area and property passed from the control of the nuns. Old Tullis Court, is described as a relic of once proud Quality Hill days, built in 1887 by Tullis & Ray, and having an uncertain future. Leo M. Schenkel is noted as the building's owner.
