Outpouring Needed to Fix KC Fountains
-
Description
-
Article on the City of Fountains Foundation fundraising efforts to repair the city's fountains. More than half of the 48 public fountains need repairs for damage or deterioration that is beyond the scope and cost of routine maintence procedures. The Seville Light Fountain at 47th Street on the Country Club Plaza, the Firefighters Memorial Fountain at West 31st Street and Broadway, and the West Side Fountain at Southwest Boulevard and Summit Street are among those fountains in need of significant attention.
