Foutch, Vice President of the B-R Electric and Telephone Manufacturing Company by the architectural firm Smith, Rea ; Lovitt. In 1975, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Janssen Place Historic District and on the Kansas City Register of Historic Places in 1980. Located in the Hyde Park neighborhood.
